Download elegoos slicer and copy the speed settings from there. You may need to tweak some things and do some tests to dial in your printer but that should work for u

The speed settings depend on the type of filament and the nozzletemp. it is not printerdependent (or shouldn't be)

pic1:
put your cursor in the field marked in red and you can choose filament from a list that you can adapt when you click the icon that is marked with a red circle. it opens the filament section.
pic2: if you click the icon that has a green circle it opens a dialog where you can edit the current filament, put another name in the yellow marked field and hit the save icon in the yellow circle.

And for god's sake watch some orca beginners videos on youtube and RTFM: https://orca-slicer.com/guide/
before asking, show us that you tried to figure out on your own, we cannot give minicourses on Orca basics for every new user. it's all out there already.
BTW, there is a dedicated OrcaSlicer server on discord.

Learn to use Orca Slicer step by step: update software, add supports, edit G-code, scale models, change print speeds, switch nozzles, and export settings.
