#White enamel orange peeling, anyone know a fix?

Sand it down and try again.
Lots of people F up whites and yellows. You don't spray until it's the right color. Do a dust coat, wait until dry to the touch (about 15 min usually) and then a light coat, then repeat until the desired finish is reached. The most you should ever apply in a single coat is a "wet coat", which is just enough paint for it to appear wet and glossy but no more.
sanded this area down to the primer, still some orange peeling but way less, the part that was stripped to the primer came out nice, the outskirts where the paint met the primer still orange peeled a bit but not a lot
going to do some more sanding today
This tells me you may have used incompatible paints.
If you mix laquers and enamels you sometimes get paint reactions.
