I am trying to print an iron man mask but don’t know how to form it to my head? How do I do it?

For masks like Iron Man, the key is to match the inner space of the print to your head measurements. Start by measuring your head’s circumference, width (ear to ear), and depth (front to back). Then in a program like Armorsmith, Blender, or Meshmixer, you can scale the mask so the inside fits those numbers + about 1–1.5 cm of extra clearance for padding/comfort.
If you don’t have access to those tools, a simple method is to import the STL into Meshmixer (it’s free), use the measurement tool on the inside, and adjust the scale until it matches your head size.
After that, you can line the inside with foam for stability so it sits snug without wobbling.
