Whenever I turn on the battery pack for the MKE-mini (walsh3d version), the servos for the faceplate move as far as they can before eventually homing to the correct close position. I don’t touch anything other than turning it on. The lip servo does not move at all at this point. It moves far enough up that it would damage the helmet if in place. I am using the two mg90s servo version btw.

Hey @frozen meteor, thank you for contributing to this forum.

Once the servos are installed in the helmet , to align the servos you need to remove the faceplate (servos mounted in the helmet and no faceplate) then follow the steps below:
1: Disconnect the servo arms from the servos
2: Power up the ALISHA Board (whichever you are using), the code should rotate the servos into the "closed" (helmet down) position, and the LED eyes should light up.
3: DO NOT disconnect the power and DO NOT rotate the servos by hand, carefully while the LED eyes are on and the servos are in their down position, re-attach the servo arms to the servos so that the arms and faceplate bracket are in the down position as if the faceplate is closed. Make sure not to move the servo gears when re-attaching the arms.
4: Press the switch you are using and the servos should now rotate correctly with everything attached into the upward (faceplate) open position and they LED eyes should be off.
Remember, whenever the LED eyes are on, the Faceplate is closed and the servos should be in the down position.
When the LED eyes are off, the Faceplate is open and the servos are in the up position.
Also didn't we cover this already in several other posts you have made ?
Make the 2 MG90s servos are the (180 degree version / digital) and not the 360 degree version or analog version as those types of servos will not work. Remember the MG90s servos all look identical, you will need to look at your order to see what type of mg90s servos was sent , or manually test the servos to see if they are 180 degree version
