How does this happen filament stuck here will not come out

It looks like filament got stuck inside the hotend block, this can happen if it was too cold during removal or if there was a partial clog. You can try heating it up to printing temp and pushing filament through, or remove the nozzle and use a cleaning needle or cold pull method. If it’s really jammed, you might need to disassemble the hotend fully to clear it.
