Hey @cinder spruce, thank you for contributing to this forum.
Please provide as much information (images, video, description) as you can. This will increase the chance that someone can help you with your issue.

Your print has under-extrusion issues. To fix it, try these steps:
Clean the nozzle, check the extruder for slipping, use fresh filament, and raise the nozzle temperature by 5–10°C. This should improve the print quality. My suggestion
After carefully inspecting the nozzle and increasing temp still no head way on fixing the under extrusion
This is temp at 240 and flow rate at 150%
Since you're still getting under-extrusion at 240°C and 150% flow, it's likely a hardware issue. Check for a partial nozzle clog, worn or loose PTFE tube, extruder gear slipping, or bad filament—try a new roll to rule that out.
Printer has no ptfe tube filament is fairly new. How does one check for gear slipping
Mark the filament, run extrusion—if the mark barely moves, the gear might be slipping. Check if the gear is tight and clean.
Definitely not slipping the mark moved normally. Hmmmm
If the gear isn’t slipping, it might be a partial nozzle clog or heat creep. Try a cold pull, clean or replace the nozzle, and test with a fresh filament roll.
Cold pull and fresh filament still didn’t fix the issue!!!!
Since cold pull and new filament didn’t work, check the extruder motor for skipping, try a new nozzle, and confirm the hotend is reaching the right temp, could be a misreading.
@cinder spruce what do you mean with 150% flow? i cannot find that flow variable in Cura, Orca or bambu studio.
For simplicity of testing I increased flow rate on the printer it has the option
