#Anyone know what caused this layer fail?

My shield prints all had a fail at the exact same spot where it’s like the layers didn’t stick.
(All 3 were on the plate together and oriented the same way)

Anyone know what caused that /how to prevent it from happening again?

Is it exactly the same spot down to the mm or is it just a very similar spot?

Were they printed together on the same print or were they seperate prints?

If its exact and printed separately then there is something up with either your sliced model or your SD card or something is jammed in your lead screws.

If not exact or they were printed together it could be a nozzle clog, you could have poor layer adhesion and it just delaminated and warped there. (print hotter and/or slower and/less cooling)

Also you need an actual brim for something that large and long. Mouse ears will not cut it.
