I’ve been printing on my Neptune 3 for 2 years now and never had to ask for any help but I’m currently at a loss. I’ve leveled the bed, tightened the bolts and belts and checked the Z offset and still can’t figure out why the prints are coming out like this? I’m printing with Sunlu PLA+. I’ve had this roll for almost a year but it was sealed until this week, not sure if the filament is part of the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

did you dry the filament?
No I’ve never done that before
even new filament out of the vacuum bag should be dried, especialy PLA, because it takes on moist. how do you think they cool down the filament after they extruded a 1.75 mm filament from it? I dry everything, and it's not humid over here, I dry until it has less than 12%% humidity at 50 degrees C, then I start printing (straight from the dry-box so it even gets dryer)
