Hey, my CR 10s pro V2 has got a recent problem, it sometimes gives a screeching sound that I'm pretty sure comes from the bed rails. Can I spray WD-40 on there or is it a bad idea?

You could use a silicone free lubricant like pb blaster don’t use wd40

And only a little bit

Ok, is there any other way I can reduce the noise without the use of lubricant tho?

You could try cleaning the rails they could have some contaminants

I already did that and I thought it had worked but it's now mid print and still screeching. I don't have a silicone free lubricant on hand so that was why I asked for other ways, do you have any other ideas beyond those? If you don't that's fine, thanks for the help!!
