Best way to fill white parts' seams

I'm gonna put leds inside the white part, I want it to be smooth, and afraid that pla wielding it will leave black mark that still remains after sanding, what should I do to get the best result.

i bought it from him, note the file is not perfect, fitting issue, so it need a little twerking in the slicer

Yeah the one I currently have doesn't have a stand but it's more accurate, not many people notice but the handle on both his blades are not the same

At least from what I seen from the show

sw-2033 looks the same, while sw-1023 has 2 looks, the katana and the same as sw-2033

the same go for 1023

but the blade of 2033 is short and thick, while 1023 is long and thin

i would think so, anime and manga have different versions for the weapons, a slight change, like the number of holes in ax-112, so i guess the anime change his knives a bit as well

oh i remember there was a foam template that also uses a 3d printed skeleton for the axe so you can also put battery for the blade to light up

i think the knives and bottle/blood vial can be 3d printed, and for the tube maybe buy the real thing and cut it to size
