Did you update the firmware? The first 2 versions were out right broken
My issue rn is that I've been trying to print to print for the last 3 days. But every time I think the bed is properly leveled or the z-offset is at the right height, something happens where the filament just refuses to stick to the bed. And yes I clean the bed after every print
Hmm i mean there are quite a few reasons why that happens. Have you tried applying glue or preheating everything
A absolut classic would be that abl is turned off in the startscript of your slicer

Manual leveling is still a important part. Abl is more or less just the mirror finish 🙂
Can you post a gcode you used? I can tell you if it has the issue
Also can you take a image of your motormounts and the z leadscrew? I noticed a lot of companies have copied the bs setup thr ender 3 s1 had where the basicly fixed the leadscrews so tight it couldnt flex a bit and mesed everything up
