hello, basically,i got a printer about mid june, set it up early/mid july. my printer worked for about a month, when i was printing a guantlet for the mandalorian,i routinely check longer printes every half hour for an hour or two. i checked it 4 hours in just before i planned to go to sleep. i noticed that for about an hour and a half, although it was printing, nothing was coming out. i troubleshooted this with elegoo, and when their solutions didnt work, they sent me a replacement extruder kit. it arrived toaday, along with the cable (im unsure of its correct name, however it connects to the extruder and parts underneath)h however i couldnt use the cable since a few of th socket crews were either super ight or rounded off. However the problem originally still persists. i have attached a video of (what i believe) is the problem,as the cog which rotates when filament goes through, isnt moving, which it didnt on either head, which i dont believe should be happening, since the video is the new one,any help would be appreciated,i have contacted thier support again, but thought this may be a quicker way

@quartz nova hey looks like you could have many problems. You could have a clog, your nozzle could be way too close to the bed, your filament could not be loaded properly, or you may have a problem within the machine. If you can send another video showing everything including the top of the carriage when it’s extruding and the nozzle when printing.
https://imgur.com/a/EcmpPdx ive made this since i couldn't send them through discord since it says theyre too big, however I've recorded this video,l'm not 100%
sure it's the carriage I recorded, but l'm pretty sure it is,l did level the bed yesterday, but in the video, you can see that the nozzle isn't touching the bed, however I may have forgot to mention, which I demonstrate in the video,if I manually turn the cog or (not in the video) push it through like it's being loaded, filament goes through, could it be a matter of the cable not being swapped? Since that's what I couldn't swap, and it's odd this would happen to an entirely new extruder head
not unless i move it manually, which is odd, since its on both my old,and this new one
Oay
2 things
Check if the idlerarm is tensioned
If that was it great. If not turn of the printer and remove the flatband wire should there be any burn smell or discolleration. Either the cable ot the breakout board is damaged
alright, ill try those as soon as possible
I've took a couple of photos, however I opened it to check, however it was already tensioned, and I opened the bottom of the printer, however I didn't get the wires out,as there appears to be hot glue on it,and I don't know if it will rip the wires off the connectors,so I've attached some photos of inside, however it doesn't appear to be burned, doesn't smell burnt, and I can't notice any discolouration
Is there a bearibg?
