✅ - my scroll wheel doesn’t work

Basically, before my printer only showed a blue screen, but the customer support gave me a YouTube video to flash the printer firmware, which after I had did and it seems as if the software is there, idk fully yet, but once the logo and everything popped up, dor some reason I can’t move my scroll wheel and only click on it.

Please provide as much information (images, video, description) as you can. This will increase the chance that someone can help you with your issue.
Use the Close button when your issue is resolved.

Im going to try and reflash it? Idk if thats possible though cus i tried that before and didnt seem to change anything

Not sure if re-flashing will help. I have an older E3 and the scroll wheel doesn't work all that great either. I have to put some side pressure on it or move it slowly to get it to register properly.

If it's a physical problem with the scroll wheel then your only option ends up being to replace the screen. And at that point you have a choice between getting the same screen or a different one

Wait I fixed it don’t worry guys! I found out that I didn’t download the right firmware to apply to it but the service center told me the right one and it all works now
