✅ - Possible Hotend Issue

I use the Neptune 3 Plus and I recently noticed that the hot end has this sort of brownish reddish tint on some parts of it and I was wondering if it would hinder my prints to leave it as is or would it be best for me to change it. Also my latest print came out goopy and structurally sagging even tho I used the same settings as I always do that usually have no issue with heat related settings.
