Check and see if nozzle wipe is on in the settings. Had a huge issue with my printer doing that when I was printing my titans red hood helmet. I turned off nozzle wipe and increased my retraction. That helped me. I was using the k1 max. I went through 7 or 8 attempts before I figured it out

thanks, just looked and 'wipe nozzle between layers' was already turned off, however, there are around six settings mentioning the retraction, do you know which one(s) you changed to increase it?

Also try a different orientation for it some prints like a particular orientation or they get a lot of shifting and layer lines
