I believe it does, even drafts from fans and/or AC. It’ll affect adhesion as well as necessitates a PID tune. I dealt with similar previously and am now considering on making my own enclosure from like cardboard or maybe some acrylic if I can find it.

What bed/printer? Printing temps/bed temps? Filament?
@honest escarp I have a sovol v3, stock glass bed, nozzle temp 215, bed temp 60, pla filament
@cosmic surge would a cardboard encloser be safe to use?

So just to sum up, room temperature affects bed adhesion, but an encloser can help keep the heat around the printer, which will help bed adhesion?
kind of..... you need to make sure your bed level is good first and clean. My printers are in my room and i have a fan and AC.
