you shouldnt need to parts but.............
this is bad plug it back into the matchine but do not mount it then heat it up to 200 c and get a pair of pliers or something start pulling it off
gett all you can out and you should be able to clean it up really well
you can wipe small bits off with a paper towel

that was the first thing i tried but it didnt work well as i thought it would
some of the plastic is even underneath the rubber thing around the nozzle
(sry for not having correct terminology, english isnt my first language)
can you take off the fan shroud?
yea that thermal sock might be destroyed

the less you take off the better but if you think its a good idea the i would try it

Get rid of all electronic boards and dunk that sucker into some boiling water
as long as you dont screw over the fans he cant get out and the abs injection molded parts
sent an email to elegoo support, will let you know what they say
i heard that elegoo was really good at replacing things so you might get a new one
they might tell you that they cant help tho

after solid 30 mins i was able to take it apart
elegoo responded and it looks like i will be getting new hotend to fix it for free
they have work hrs mon-fri so i should get to know more tomorrow
Could probably dunk the hotend in boiling water now
