Ok
The model is a Neptune 3 plus
Do you have a file loaded into it?
Is it sliced to the correct printer?
Do you have the filament loaded correctly? Is it extruding?
Yes Yes Yes and No
So the filament isn’t extruding?
Yea
Heat up the nozzle to 220
Then push the little lever and feed the filament through until it goes through.
It may take a couple tries but it should work
It started
You didn't push it far enough at first. Looks clean now.
New printer? Check wires? Has it printed before?
It is a new printer and it hasn't printed yet
ya I would check the cables and the stepper. tell the pritner to extrude x amount and see what it does.
then if ecerything checks, tell it to print from the test models the SD came with.
Like he said check your wires. You might not have plugged everything in securely yet.
