Hey I just noticed today while leveling my bed at the same time as my other Neptune 3 plus . The one is moving sooo slow . I never messed with any settings on the printer it's self . Here are some videos . If anyone knows please help 🙏

I have checked all the belts and coaster wheels. It's running slow on both axis

Check the belt and see if its too loose or tight. If the wheels are too tight?

Sae the vide wheels stood out was all. Um you can try to factory reset the printer? Are they the same age? Or one newer?

Ones only 2 months newer . Factory reset is a good idea . I just hope it's not a motor or something
