✅ - Problem with Sidewinder X1

Hello there
Closed the old because i dont know how it works lol XD
I got a new problem with my artillery Sidewinder X1

Hes stuck at the point he is orientating before every print
The printer gores to this point at it sounds like a jackhammer

Is there a solution? Can get you guys a video and foto from the error
Also got problems with quality
