The light angle is terrible, makes every layer line visible, anyways on your slicer swith the wall ordering to "outside to inside"

#

In cura it's "wall ordering"

#

In prusa it's somethin like "outer perimetres first"

Alright, yea I’ve been troubleshooting all week to print this thing I got a special blue gradient PLA and my extruder gear was grinding it up

#

and I didn’t know what the problem was cuz I thought it was something else so I tried my basic white and it worked fine

#

But maybe I’ll give what y’all said a shot

Maybe it could be some moisture in the filament

I tried multiple different temperatures

Then its not it

#

I mean it's not moisture

#

Although i actually did find some differences

#

I use pla+ and the moisture matters

#

Sunlu's one

#

So it depends on the pla you're using
