that's what I thought but ive gone over the whole printer and made it nothing moves which shouldnt

So... you put the printer away for a year. I might take a closer look at your POM V-wheels and your belts
The wheels could have set with dents in one side (hence, bumpy ride = bumpy print), and the belts might have stiffened.
It almost seems more like a consistent Z-banding of epic proportions...
Also, I know you said you checked all the bolts, but maybe go over the Z-rods and all the bolts that hold these together (couplers, nuts that the gantry rides on, and other spots where slop could occur from slipping).
