#dome supports needed ?

This is how I have it so far
Id suggest to print it standing on the back of the helmet, like frank did on his resin printer, though all these supports arent needed, you can block them
One more thing, ik that the tree supports might look really cool but trust me, for things like these it's better normal

if you print a helmet upright, like the mandalorian helmet, choose a large overhang angle, so yo have less support .
i printed the mandalorian helmet without support under the dome, only the slits for the eyes are supported and it came out fine
if you print these helmets that are multiple parts, you probably use more support material than for the bowl if you print them upright. just makes you spend a bit more time postproduction if you print them rotated to the back side at the bottom.
