Hey, having some issues with my max. I’ve adjusted my esteps, dialed in my flow rate, tenperature is correct. I upgraded to a dual gear extruder recently, and the filament isn’t bad as it has no problems on my other printer. Any ideas?

Follow up: I calibrated e steps with teaching tech, first layer is great, nozzle is new, installed correctly, Bowden tube was upgrade to Capricorn as well. Running dual gear extruder also. (Tension is correct)
Your temp does not look correct and seeing your layer z shift shows me you aren't level either
maybe 5-10 less e step? But definitely level your deck first
Beds level, ran the first layer test teaching tech has and they call came out perfect. I’ve done the Esteps probably 3 times just to be sure. As far as temp goes, I printed a temp tower and 200 seemed to look the best, but I’ve ranged anywhere from 190-215
well the boat is to be squared off, but its definitely looking like its shifting to up left. But that is just my observation
your cube has the same layer artifacts.
it looks auto leveled to me
are the settings for the cube and benchy the same?
the benchy looks a lot better
also the benchy roof is meant to be slightly slanted to show the stairstep effect
Yes setting are the same, I’m trying to find the other picture I took to show the small gaps
Whats your estep value?
@quick panther
Not home atm, but I calibrated Esteps alright, it does extrude 100mm of filament when I send the command to extrude said amount
if you are sure that you calibrated the e-step correctly, then you might want to check the extruder. make sure its assembled correctly and it doesnt slip during prints
check the tension, make sure its firmly gripping the filament and moves well with no resistance
I will check that out tonight, I’ll let you know how it goes
Checked the extruder, tension is good, I took a change and printed the rabbit and boat from the sd card that came with the printer, they turned out great, so at this point I think it’s my slicer settings
you can always create a new default profile in your slicer,
Ya, trying that today, hopefully I’m getting closer to figuring it out, this printer is wearing me out 😂
