✅ - im trying to calibrate my e-steps and prontereface wont let me connect to my printer

im using a elegoo neptune 3 plus and when i press conect on pronterface its says Connecting...
Could not connect to COM3 at baudrate 115200:
Serial error: could not open port 'COM3': PermissionError(13, 'Access is denied.', None, 5)
