✅ - Does anyone know what is causing these little dots on my painted prints?

I kind of lightly sanded down my print and then hit it with some filler primer, after that I put some gloss black on it and somehow these little dots are appearing.

A further note is that when I try to sand it down it bets rid of the dots but makes the gloss go away and leaves tons of little sandpaper bits fused into it

That sounds very odd, can you post a picture?
Just from the sounds of sandpaper fusing to the paint it would seem some kind of bad paint reaction, but seeing it will help more.
