I have this weird noise coming from the motor anyone know what this is? Do I need to buy a new motor?

I feel like you scrapped some filament or remnants somewhere into the system.

You could use a straw to your ear, identify the exact location of the noise if you cant do it on your own, but it seems to match with your z motor. Flakes of filament into the core, no more smooth operation.

I was printing last night and this morning there was a ball of spaghetti mess on that motor so it's probably that. Should I just replace the motor?

Compressed air and manually moving it I think could dislodge

Keep in mind you didn't force the pieces in there, so if you can, invert the printer. You basically want the opposite conditions that got it stuck

Remove the rod from the motors and see if they both will move

It could be a bad motor, bad or loose wiring, or bad board

removed it. and ordered a new motor. the other motor moved it no problem.
