My bed is level but my nozzle is starting very high for the first layer and it is causing terrible curling, is there a setting in cura to lower it for the first layer, I can’t step my initial z-step with the printer I own

I should also add the nozzle is starting at a different height when printing then when I go to level the bed

the home z is just fine, for some reason when I go to print a file the nozzle starts at a z higher then it’s home z position and leveling z position
