After I installed the firmware for my CR Touch, the motors on my printer had locked up. When auto-homing, the motors have resistance, but do not move the print head and bed. The printer is an Ender-3 Pro with it's original motherboard running firmware 4.2.7. What did I do wrong?

First step, Set firmware back to known good. Reddit will show you likely you are not alone.

you said you know it was 4.2.7, the site should have that original firmware, so download it and follow the README
