That looks like the sliced version of your model? Essentially red elements warn of errors in the imported model. Usually manifold errors, errant faces, vertices, edges.

The printer settings will allow you to adjust some it can automatically contend with. It looks like unclean faces or edges that will cause some stringing across the model. You'll have the fix the original model, but I think you can just clip the excess in the printed product. Maybe adding or making sure retraction is on will clear up the stringing? It's hard to tell from the sliced image the real source.
