cr10 noise issue

Hello guys , I bought a cr10 not so long ago and I’ve been printing nonstop on it but last night it started making a grinding noise and the pla started to come out thinner making the print harder to remove from the plate. Please if if any of you have any ideas of what it might be please let me know . Thank you

if it is stock then your extruder is dead and I would get a metal one
