not sure what’s causing this
the bowden tube is all the way as far as i can push
bed is levelled
The image isn’t very clear depicting a nozzle clog
yeah i cleaned the clog again
and now i tried to print a smaller thing and the extruder just pushed the pipe out of itself with the filament inside
replaced the nozzle and the tube holder on the extruder
the tube doesn’t go out anymore
but still not completely flowing properly
hey in the video
ur tube isnt connected to the little white brass extruder holder
is that intended?
if u click down the white peice u shud be able to put the tube inside
but u gotta take out the blue clip first
You need the tube.
Needs to be all the way down to the nozzle otherwise the filament melts too early and clogs
yeah im having simular issue
wierd thing is my tube is right against the nozzle
and im still having clogs XD
and i have new tube too i just changed
May have the nozzle to close then
yeah it kept coming out as the extruder was pushing filament nd there was a clog
replaced the nozzle and the tube holding thing nd now it isnt doing it
whats the problem now?
So it’s good?
yeah i replaced the nozzle too
Recalibrate it then
thats a thing? 💀
i keep getting clogs
i have changed tube
nozzle
pushed tube through entire hot end to check for some reason the nozzles keep clogging on me
could it be nozzle temp is 200 too low
i had no issues before switching to this tube
Maybe you didn’t install it correctly, it’s gotta be 100% touching the nozzle, temps shouldn’t affect that
i have pulled the tube out and put it back in like 10 times now and every time same issue it just stops printing and i cant manually push more filiment out it is jammed
i took nozzle out and was able to push the tube all the way out the other end
i feel like i got a cheap tube
cuz it only started to happen
when i switched to a new tube
im doing a small print right now
im praying that i was able to fix the issue
this is the print rn i levelled the bed but its a lil bent on the top left but even on bottom right and the centre the print isnt uniform
@lament agate best to create your own thread so that the conversation is not clogged up and someone can help you with your specific problem
Seems like that’s how it’s gonna be with a bed like yours 😆 you could run it a tiny bit high to compensate but idk
so it is a bed issue?
im just scared that it maybe the extruder or i might have broken something else
If you messed up your bed and bent it then there’s not much you can do, it just looks like inconstant leveling
run a bed level test
Because it’s level in some spots but not in others
you mean printing the bed level test file or something inside the firmware?
On thingiverse
aight
bed level test file
all started happening when i started the damn helmet 💀
top right
bottom right
center
left side
def some levelling issues
Like night and day 😂 one side is slightly better
yeah, it kind of gives me the impression that the bed is wobbly?
na not at all
can u rephrase 💀
cus bed is pretty stable nd when i like rlly push it is when it moves a lil
your bed is moving up and down when printing
ye
Is the bed warped at all
i mean the mat is deformed…
Yeah so that’s the issue then probably
gotta ask dad for money then 💀
so i figured out my issue xd
It was the tube
it was cheap boden tube
im upgrading to the blue fancy one
i put my old tube back on and it works like charm just short cant print all the way to the one side so yea dont go cheap on your tube
hope u fix the issue on ur printer #spider
first layer 💀
cancelled the print nd this is what its doing
gonna wait till i get a new bed now
Well besides the warped “mat” your printer is doing a pretty good job
i hope the mat is the only problem frfr
