it has a filament runout sensor, can you take a picture of it?

Your filament being dry is most likely not the issue. Dry filament is actually a good thing, it's wet filament that is a problem and will mess up print quality and the filament will be brittle.

If you have a filament run out sensor that could be causing the issue saying that there’s no filament

Your printer doesn’t care if your filament is wet or dry. It’ll still allow it to print either way.
