✅ - need advice on how to remove supports

new to all this, sorry if this is an amateur question
So i printed mk85 helmet dome and i am really struggling with removal of supports any advise how to remove easily as i feel like im gonna break the part also could get advice to stop this happening again i can post my cura settings if needed

How did you print it?

Increase your support z distance if you're using cura.

Printed it like a bowl it seems to be the support interface grids stuck to it i did the same setting on the jaw part of helmet and the pretty much fell off lol

Yeah. It's a smaller surface area on the jaw.

Could i be a pain snd ask if those setting are ok or if you would change anything?

What's your layer height?

So from 0.12 to 0.2?

Yep. That's what I usually roll with and they come off like butter.
