I’ve had this ender 5 for over a year runs so smooth printed a 3 day print now everything is out of whack trying to re-level it and I tightened all the knobs up and I get these numbers

My question is how are all knobs tight and that 1 number is negative?

I have two Ender 5+ printers; I never even look at the bed leveling mesh numbers. I use a bed level test print to confirm that I am where I want to be. Chasing those numbers only resulted in sheer frustration and premature greying of my hair!🤣. Results are what matters here. The only time they might be helpful is if you have a massive difference in some of the numbers indicating a warped bed, but again, print results are what matter.

Yeah I’m just curious why that front left side is negative while rest are plus 2 positive
