Hi everyone !

I keep getting a clogged nozzle after every 2/3 prints. I’ve changed nozzle so many times using brass and steel and still the same. I’ve also replaced the Bowden tube with a Capricorn one and still clogging.

I’m printing on a Voxelab Aquila C2 with PLA+ at 215 nozzle temp and 65 hotbed.

I’ve also changed the extruded and stepper motor as I had spares just in case it was that somehow and it’s still clogging !

Does anyone have any ideas ? Please 🙏

Is your Bowden tube flush against your nozzle in your hot end? That is where I tend to have the most problems with clogs.

Do you think it’s the coupler that holds the Bowden tube in your hot end? Do you have any movement there? Also is your filament being stored in a clean area? Dust and junk can get pulled into your hot end and jack things up quick.

It shouldn’t be the coupler i replaced that when I changed from the standard extruded to a dual gear one so it’s pretty new, I think I’ve got another one so I could change it anyways 🫤 the fillament is kept next to me printers in the box and plastic until used. However I do leave the current roll on the printer so could possible be, but they are in a cupboard under the stairs away from everyday life as it were so should be getting to dirty or dusty in there :/

Make sure the Bowden tube is all the way in. Even a small gap Dan cause clogging

Try Luke’s hotend fix, as well. If you Google it, it’ll come up
