ender 5+ not printing?

It goes to this mode and stays like that. When I try to go to adjust it freezes up and won’t let me out

I just got the printer so I have no idea what’s going on

Try deleting the Gcode on the card, close whatever app you’re using, and then retry it

It could be a corruption in the file, in which case this should work

Basically you just need to get a new file for the printer to use

You could update the firmware to a new one. That’s what i did the first time i got my ender 5 plus. Have fun printing
