If you find the image does not match pokemon name this is likely due to a lag spike causing an image to spawn while the bot did not receive the pokemon to send. Here are a few things you can do:
- Make sure you're spelling the name correctly
- Do
p!hand try to figure out the pokemon based on the hint - Send the hint to #whos-that-pokémon to see if someone else knows the pokemon
While these can help you catch the pokemon in the hint you can not catch the pokemon in the image if you notice the hint doesn't match

well earlier today and some of yesterday, the incense wasn't really working in other servers. Basically I would buy one, use it, and no Pokemon would show up. Then if another person tried to by one themselves it would say "There's currently an incense active" but there were no Pokemon showing up.

The id is basically the number that appears on the left side of the pokemon that you want, on the list.
These id's are used for commands related to buying, selling, auctioning, bidding, adding to battle, trading and releasing pokemon.
Note:- A pokemon will change its id if it gets traded, bought, removed from market etc. and there is no direct way to change a pokemon's id yet.
