Alr the dex stats are shown for ur mon at lvl 50. those dex stats r calced when each stat has 0ivs and a hindering nature which is why they r called base stats. they r lowest stats a mon can have in each stat category. ur poke is lvl 100, and has above 25ivs in each stat so as a result with that plus the stat yield per lvl., so ur mon ain't bugged complicated explanation

Meltan is a strange case of a Pokemon. It was introduced in Pokémon GO, and there it evolves into Melmetal by using 400 Meltan Candy. Currently, if you guys don't know, battling is broken. However, it is an easy fix. What you do is add your team in DMs with the bot, and it will say that your not in a battle. So what you do then is go back to the server with your battle and add your team. That will fix battling for you. Just do that every battle.
