So I can't even do what I'm trying to do with patience, unfortunately.

I think, it takes the active quest (whichever you get when you do ev q) and only completes for it, the excess gets shifted to the next quest in the row. If Encounter 1 has a quest to release 8 mons and Encounter 2 has for 12 mons, And you do ra --lim 12. It'll first fill the 8 of the active and then the 4 will count for the second one.

What you asked it to do was to look through every single event Mon on the market and order them by price, which, understandably, will take a while.
It only lets you run one market command at a time which is why you get an error message.

Yeah that's because it searches for 14 pokemon and then adds what isn't favourited out of those rather than searching for 14 non-favourited pokemon.

If you want an explanation :
What happens is, P2 search for 14 pokemons, then it looks for those who are iv <85, then it release what is left. Which means, if you have 6 timburr higher than 85, they are first selected by the "lim 14" flag, then with the 14 pokemon selected only the 8 under the "iv <85" flag are released. The lim flag should ALWAYS be used at the end of the @honest fiber command

I think everyone has experienced this with incenses and it's become a huge bother (for me atleast), Incenses don't seem to be synced anymore, I use to be able to do 3 10 second incenses at once but now i cannot because the incenses don't spawn at the same times anymore. I don't think it's intentional but it's starting to drive me crazy.

It's intentional, it helps spread the load and reduce lag, otherwise some servers will be sending 200 spawns at once whereas this way they can limit it to like 10 every few seconds

Note: Redirecting does not affect the spawn rate in any way, it just divides it randomly to each redirected channel.
