I’m not sure if this is reported yet but I think certain people are experiencing an issue where people aren’t getting new hard orders. I’ve been stuck with the same 3 hard orders for a while now despite getting notifications that new orders have been made

There's a total of 5 hard orders, and 3 of them have a connected pokemon. And the selection gives you 1 random connected recipe and 2 random not connected recipes. So since 3/5 are connected, the unconnected recipe options are indeed always the same. Only the connected one shuffles everytime out of the 3

I would like to report that there is no localization (translations aside from English) for more than a few Pokémon. Galar and more recent regional forms, newer Pokémon (Dipplin), it's extremely confusing, and upsetting when it causes you to miss a rare one (as it keeps happening to me and my friends, especially during incenses or on competitive servers where the half-translations causes a lot of trouble and conflict among members)

Never thought I'd see a post about Brother/Sommer on reddit but here we are.

The explanation is a looooot simpler than it seems if you're familiar with him, or the habits of other speedy members of the community:

Kleinstein is German for geodude- which is currently what they're shiny hunting. Most shiny hunters have the catch command for what they're hunting ready to paste and enter at all times so there's no chance of having the pokemon sniped away from them.

Don't get me wrong, Brother/Sommer's fast as fuck as it is- he's level 60 in that discord for a reason, but all he's doing is taking 0 chances on his hunt being caught out from under him by copying and pasting a command each time a Pokémon spawns, then typing out the correct catch if it happens not to be a geodude- which is totally within the rules.

As for the other catches- it's a trolly thing some people do. Deleting their original catch message and leaving other ones behind, or editing an old message to catch, then posting a new one to make it look like they caught the pokemon by using the wrong name. It's done to rage bait and trick newbies, essentially.

The chances are weighted based on how many times they're used in recipes. The amounts are reverse weighted to make donations easier. This is the best they can be balanced, because changing one or two ingredients drastically affects the chances of the other ingredients which will then become the problem. For example buffing the bottom rate ingredients resulted in people feeling a deficiency in cream and chocolate even tho their rates were untouched. In the given situation there is no better way to balance the different ingredients simply because it'll always depend on what random orders you're getting and picking
