If you find the image does not match pokemon name this is likely due to a lag spike causing an image to spawn while the bot did not receive the pokemon to send. Here are a few things you can do:

1. Make sure you're spelling the name correctly
2. Do @Pokétwo#8236 hint and try to figure out the pokemon based on the hint
3. Send the hint to #whos-that-pokémon to see if someone else knows the pokemon
   While these can help you catch the pokemon in the hint you can not catch the pokemon in the image if you notice the hint doesn't match

Incense and Redeem are other methods to spawn Pokémon.

From my perspective the point of adding pc rewards was so people offer the sigils before all milestones were completed and contribute, or to prevent hoarding past the point of usefulness, I just didn't expect that the last milestone wasn't "Offer 1m sigils".

Hey, I'm sorry but unfortunately we can't really do anything about it at this point. We can't change it now because that would be unfair for people who have already opened satchels. The conversion rate you may have seen and counted on before was due to a bug and before offering rewarded pc, so that was not final and not something that should have been counted on. It was also never guaranteed that the following milestones would be sigil related and it was expected that satchels (and subsequently sigils) would be used to progress the milestones on time in an individual manner; this was the case for everyone.

I do agree that the changelog could have been worded better, really sorry about that. We'll keep that in mind moving forward to avoid any such confusion.

Hey. So I ran into an issue in my server where one of the members were unable to catch pokemon. They would do the c command to catch the pokemon, but then someone else would do the same c command to catch the pokemon like well after them and they'd get the catch.

they were finally able to catch pokemon again by doing catch [pokemon] instead of using c [pokemon]

but i'm confused as to why they happened and how to change it back

u might appear first on ur screen, but what counts is the total round trip time it takes for ur data packet to travel. therefore if u rly want to check if u were first (or where ur msg ranked), u can refresh ur discord or ask others who appeared first on ur screen.

it's also possible that you're pinging the role, which is why the bot isn't responding to you. see ?tag ping issue.

Make sure you ping the bot, not the role of the bot (see gif).

This can sometimes happen when you copy paste commands.

How do i make sure i ping the bot or the role?

Tap the ping, if the bot profile doesnt show up, that means you pinged the role.

For a permanent solution, rename the bot's assigned role to something else if you have the permission.
