First off, there are two ways to report. If it's someone in server you can use ?report command and if it's someone outside, you can go to support server, and make a ticket explaining the matter there. You can get link for support server by doing discord.gg/poketwo-support

Moving on, while using report command remember that you have to mention channel in which person you are reporting violated rules, as well as a slightly detailed description. You can optionally put a screenshot of person in report violating rules too, if you don't know how to put images check ?tag image-link

In the support server, mainly you go to report people whom you can't here. You're advised not to open a ticket there for scams happening outside, if the scams are happening because of people being dumb, as it's hard to judge and deal with.

Lastly, double check Poketwo's code of conduct and Terms of services to see if your report is appropriate.

If you find the image does not match pokemon name this is likely due to a lag spike causing an image to spawn while the bot did not receive the pokemon to send. Here are a few things you can do:

1. Make sure you're spelling the name correctly
2. Do p!h and try to figure out the pokemon based on the hint
3. Send the hint to #whos-that-pokémon to see if someone else knows the pokemon
   While these can help you catch the pokemon in the hint you can not catch the pokemon in the image if you notice the hint doesn't match

Due to limitations imposed by Discord (https://bit.ly/3SCNtCg), from 17th August 2022 onwards, Pokétwo commands must be used with the mention prefix (@honest fiber). Both the current default prefix "p!", and the custom prefix that you may have set in your server(s) will not work anymore. Here is an example:

In Regards to Generation 8+ Pokémon (mostly Galar and Hisui region Pokémon), Meltan & Melmetal Getting Moves
They’re already being planned to be added in the future. The only thing is that when moves are added, they have to be double-checked carefully so as not to be buggy. They should arrive when the battle fix is added to Pokétwo. (Most of the fixes are for Status Moves, Pokémon having 5 moves instead of just 4, and adding moves in general).
For the moment, we ask you to be patient since Oliver can get busy.

They’re already being planned to be added in the future. The only thing is that when moves are added, they have to be double-checked carefully so as not to be buggy. They should arrive when the battle fix is added to Pokétwo. (Most of the fixes are for Status Moves, Pokémon having 5 moves instead of just 4, and adding moves in general).
For the moment, we ask you to be patient since Oliver can get busy.

reindex is used after you trade, sell, or release pokemon. After you do this the pokemons id number disappears, and creates a gap. In some cases you can have a pokemon with a 0 id number, or two pokemon with the same id number. p!reindex will fill these gaps / double ids and make sure the pokemon have the correct id numbers.

Hello! A friend sent me here to report a bug but I don't know the best way to report or show it other than maybe a short video.

Basically, regardless of whether I sort my pokemon by pokedex ascending or decending, I can't see some of the pages. Maybe it's because I have too many (1141), maybe its because I'm ordering by dex number instead of something else, im not sure.

Either way, I can't see the final 3 pages if I sort by pokedex+, and I can't see the first 2 pages if I sort by pokedex-. I think I can't load any pages with autumn or halloween pokemon in whichever page or "box".

Lastly, trying to view one of the pages that isn't loading for me by using commands like @honest fiber p 56 makes the bot just not reply at all, Using the arrows doesn't update the bot's list until it reaches a page that it can load

It's more than likely due to the event issue. All of your event Pokemon are the ones that are on those pages that you can't see, and the bot is getting confused when it tries to display them.

The moveset / ms command is currently broken, but you should still be able to teach moves. You can also see available moves with "@honest fiber moves".
Also, the moves / mv command will not respond if the Pokémon has no available moves!

If you find the image does not match pokemon name this is likely due to a lag spike causing an image to spawn while the bot did not receive the pokemon to send. Here are a few things you can do:

1. Make sure you're spelling the name correctly

In Regards to Generation 8+ Pokémon (mostly Galar and Hisui region Pokémon), Meltan & Melmetal Getting Moves
They’re already being planned to be added in the future. The only thing is that when moves are added, they have to be double-checked carefully so as not to be buggy. They should arrive when the battle fix is added to Pokétwo. (Most of the fixes are for Status Moves, Pokémon having 5 moves instead of just 4, and adding moves in general).
For the moment, we ask you to be patient since Oliver can get busy.

If your poketwo isn't online in your server but in this server or in your friends, it might be a shard reconnecting or the shard had an error so it shut down.

What's a shard?

Shard is something that makes the bot handle command and events easier.

Example

If a bot is in 2k+ servers, discord recommends bots to shard depending on the servers they are in. So if a bot is in 10k servers, they need around 6-13 shards.

Shard 2 handling 1,500 servers,
Shard 3 handling 1,500 servers, etc```


So if a shard 3 is down, 1500 servers will see the bot as down but the other shards sees the bot as up

u might appear first on ur screen, but what counts is the total round trip time it takes for ur data packet to travel. therefore if u rly want to check if u were first (or where ur msg ranked), u can refresh ur discord or ask others who appeared first on ur screen.
