Hello, I have a quick question, I need to face swap a sequence of a film for a school project, and from the tools I saw, the people only had one subject per frame to change the face of. The issue for me is there are 2 characters per frame for the whole sequence (2 mins)
What would be the best way to go about this? I was thinking of breaking down the whole sequence by cutting it shot by shot and then face swapping each shot individually, but this is going to take quite some time.
Do you guys have any better ideas?

If you know a free AI tool that's compatible with mac that can select the face you want to swap, I'm all ears!!

depending on the footage, u might be able to block one out with a mask or sth

I just gave the "upload the whole thing and see" a try and it changes the faces of every character with the same face
