new error in media encoder

do something to the effects used there (reducing intensity is usually the way to go)

What i did instead (since media encoder didnt give me any hint) , i tried to render it with ae itself and it gave me a hint about motion tile , turns out i had my settings for it sooo high up in the sky, about 2000 instead of 200 , which made the problem
