Is it possible to Transcribe a SINGLE audio track? and if possible, how?

Everytime i want to caption something it transcribes my entire sequence and it takes 50 years to do

Ye true but like can I transcribe only a part of that audio track?

Cause with footage over 30 mins it takes forever for my pc to transcribe an audio track

cause it transcribes my first audio track rn, i have no idea how to make it transcribe my 2nd track
