ive watched the most basic tutorials, nothing luxury and specific

and u still didnt understand anything?
its hard for me to believe that, having started there myself
maybe we should start by deciding what u want to do.
do u have any videos that u want to be able to do urself? specific style?

im absolute idiot when theres something about tech.
so something like simple edits. check out dxo on tiktok, most basic of his edits
just cc, shakes and thats it

i dont use tiktok
and im not gonna search thru many many edits just to maybe find one that u could mean to help..
for cc and shakes we have #📑︱presets
all u would need to do is drag clips in, sort them and use the presets on them
theres step-by-step guides how to use presets if u google it - its literally "click there, press this" stuff so it shouldnt be a problem
and once u're more comfortable using ae u can start adjusting the presets and eventually make ur own - should u want to
personally i dont have the time to actually teach for a longer period of time (at least not for free), if anyone here has the time, feel free to jump in..
until then, just messing around inside ae teaches a lot too - drag clips around, rightclick everything u find and see what it does... things like that.
(just remember that ctrl+z is undo^^ in case u click something that u didnt want to)
