Looking for SHORT-FORM editors that can do "Alex-Hormozi" style videos

REQUIREMENTS

Must be available to edit at least 1 short-form video a day
Must be available to make a revision on a video at any given time of the week.
Must have previous work in content editing, so they know where to cut and keep viewers engaged.

BUDGET

$100 / week to edit one 1 minute video every day.
Will pay more as time progresses.
