Fast nulls

is there a way that I can make a null with same duration and place as clip?
it's kinda annoying having to right click and create nulls then cut it

idk about a first one, but once u have one, u can duplicate it (ctrl+d) and put them to the next spot, pulling at its ends to adjust length.. just remember to do that before u link anything to it
still faster than creating them new each time
