Check for errors: Make sure there are no errors in your composition or project. Look for any red or yellow warnings or errors in the Timeline panel. Resolve any issues before attempting to render again.

Check output module settings: Ensure that you have selected the correct output module and that the settings are correct for the type of file you want to export. Double-check the format, frame rate, resolution, and codec settings.

Clear disk cache: Clear your disk cache by going to Edit > Purge > All Memory and Disk Cache.

Disable multiprocessing: If you have multiprocessing enabled, try disabling it to see if that resolves the issue. To do this, go to Edit > Preferences > Memory & Multiprocessing and uncheck the "Render Multiple Frames Simultaneously" option.

Check available disk space: Make sure you have enough disk space available to render and export the project.

Try rendering in sections: Instead of rendering the entire composition, try rendering it in smaller sections. This can help isolate any problem areas and make it easier to troubleshoot.

Update your software: Make sure you have the latest version of After Effects installed, as updates often include bug fixes and performance improvements.

If none of these steps work, you may want to try exporting the project in a different format
